Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unused TAL products back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
